By using ProDates ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must:

ProDates provides:

• Compatibility-based introductions
• Messaging between consenting users
• Suggested meeting locations

ProDates does not guarantee:

• Matches
• Relationship success
• Safety of interactions

You acknowledge:

• You are solely responsible for interactions with other users
• You choose whether to meet another person
• Any in-person meeting is at your own risk

ProDates is not liable for:

• User conduct
• In-person interactions
• Damages, injuries, or disputes

ProDates may offer:

• Identity verification
• Background checks

However:

• Verification is limited in scope and timing
• It may not reflect real-time changes
• It is not a guarantee of safety or behavior

Users must exercise independent judgment at all times.

ProDates may suggest or partner with venues labeled as "Safe Locations."

You acknowledge:

• These venues are third-party businesses
• ProDates does not control their operations
• ProDates does not guarantee safety or conditions

You agree NOT to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Impersonate another person
• Provide false information
• Use the platform for illegal activity

We reserve the right to:

• Remove content
• Suspend or terminate accounts

Users may report:

• Unsafe behavior
• Harassment
• Misrepresentation

ProDates may:

• Investigate reports
• Suspend accounts
• Permanently ban users

Decisions are at our sole discretion.

• Premium features require payment
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
• Payments are processed by third parties (e.g., Stripe)

No refunds unless required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by North Carolina law:

ProDates shall not be liable for:

• User actions
• Personal injury
• Emotional distress
• Loss of data or opportunity

You agree to indemnify ProDates against:

• Claims arising from your actions
• Violations of these Terms
• Misuse of the platform

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
